By accessing or using VisaKlaro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What VisaKlaro provides
VisaKlaro provides organized visa information, links and references to official sources, personal application tracking, user-reported processing statistics, and applicant Community features.
3. Not legal or immigration advice
VisaKlaro content is provided for informational and organizational purposes. It is not legal advice, immigration representation, or a guarantee that a visa will be granted. Official requirements can change, and users should confirm critical requirements with the relevant official authority or authorized visa application channel.
4. Accounts and social sign-in
Some features require a VisaKlaro membership. You may be able to sign in using Facebook or Google. You are responsible for maintaining control of the account you use to access VisaKlaro and for providing accurate information when using application-tracking features.
5. Visa Tracker and Community statistics
Visa Tracker data and Community processing statistics are based on information supplied by users. They may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or affected by differences in visa type, application center, applicant profile, season, holidays, and government processing practices. Community statistics are not official processing-time guarantees.
6. Community conduct
Community features are intended for focused visa questions, applicant updates, useful replies, and related experiences. You must not use VisaKlaro to:
- impersonate another person or falsely claim to be a verified applicant;
- post spam, deceptive promotions, scams, or unauthorized advertising;
- publish another person's private or confidential information without authorization;
- upload unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or intentionally misleading content;
- attempt to manipulate Helpful counts, applicant statistics, or other platform signals;
- interfere with the security or operation of VisaKlaro.
7. Your content
You remain responsible for content you submit. By posting Community content, you give VisaKlaro permission to host, display, format, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Community. VisaKlaro may remove or restrict content that violates these terms, platform safety rules, or applicable law.
8. Official sources and external links
VisaKlaro may link to government, embassy, visa-center, airline, hotel, insurance, eSIM, or other third-party websites. Those services are independent of VisaKlaro and are responsible for their own content, availability, security, pricing, and policies.
9. Commercial relationships
VisaKlaro may display advertising, affiliate links, or commercial partner offers. Commercial relationships must not determine whether an information source is treated as official or verified, and paid placement does not convert a commercial provider into an official government source.
10. Availability and changes
VisaKlaro may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We may also update these Terms as the service develops.
11. Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VisaKlaro is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular visa outcome, or that Community reports will match your own application. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Privacy and deletion
Your use of VisaKlaro is also subject to the Privacy Policy. Instructions for requesting deletion of account-related data are available on the User Data Deletion page.
